North Hills is a niche community in a wonderful location. It offers condominium communities as well as private homes. The area offers treed property, parks, proximity to the LIRR and parkways. |

What are your favorite spots in the area? |
My favorite spot is the North Hills Community Park. I can sit and read on the benches overlooking the pond or take my granddaughters there to enjoy the playground. |

The private homes and condo communities have a very strong prescence in the market right now, with low inventory. The price points are wide ranging and a buyer from varying price ranges is likely to find their dream home. |

There is a shuttle from North Hills Village Hall to the Manhasset LIRR. Parking at the village hall is plentiful and the trip to NYC is 28 minutes. I live in North Hills and highly recommend it! |
