public & private recreational sites: golf course, tennis courts, racquet ball,children’s parks.YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, city parks for folks of all ages. Glen Cove is a wonderful small city.

What are your favorite spots in the area?

Movie theater, all restaurants, Naval College, GC Mansion, Morgans Island, Garvies Point, athletic fields, Brewers Marina, beaches on Hempstead Harbor and the Long Island Sound

What is the current market status?

Typically there are about 100 homes for sale in GC; it's very affordable for the area and the sales have increased since quarantine ended; very active right now.

Where are people coming from who buy in this area?

30% from NYC which I expect to increase since some are looking to maintain a city lifestyle.

We've had market share in this city for 30 years.

There's nothing missing; well funded schools, parks and beaches; so many restaurants! Has its own police, fire department, public & private schools, and Northwell Hospital, and a large library.
