Whatever it takes to ensure Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s agents are set up for success, Patty Hasselbring has most likely been involved in the process in a major way. From fielding real estate inquiries that pour in from multiple communication channels and getting them into the agents’ hands to taking care of overseeing the best way for agents to learn about the right procedures, Patty relies on her years of experience in training, e-learning, technology, and customer service to create and provide the best tools and learning processes for her agents.

Patty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Studies with a focus in Business Management from Five Towns College. She started out in the real estate industry as a technology coordinator in 2011, and then moved on to assisting with agent training, most recently becoming the Manager of Agent Education in 2019. Patty is primarily responsible for creating and coordinating monthly training classes held at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s corporate headquarters. She also manages their online learning platform, the 30-day onboarding program, quarterly orientation for new agents, and oversees their help desk calls and online listings.

An avid baseball fan and concert goer, you’ll likely run into Patty outside of work if you’re at a New York Mets game, or seeing the Dave Matthews Band live. She also spends as much of her free time as possible near water, whether it’s relaxing at the beach or taking a boat out fishing.
