Do your research and find an agent that you can easily work with and is EXPERIENCED – especially in the areas you are interested in. You will be purchasing one of your biggest assets and you need an agent working for YOU.
This type of agent is called a Buyer’s Agent.

A Buyer’s Agent is working on behalf of YOU – the buyer. They are working in your best interest. If you do not have a Buyer Broker Agreement with your agent, they will be working on behalf of the seller. Until you have a Buyer Broker Agreement, they are working in the SELLER'S best interests.
