After working for an international Swiss Bank for 25 years in different countries of the world as part of its management team, Usman established his own licensed Mortgage and Real Estate Brokerage House in the Greater Los Angeles area in 2003. Bought and sold commercial and residential properties including a strip center. Arranged residential and commercial loans from local banks and wholesale lenders. Turnover for real estate and loan transactions exceeded $150M from 2004-2007.

When real estate and sub-prime market were showing signs of slowing down in later part of 2006, Usman decided to diversify and established his presence in Dubai, UAE by opening a real estate company under the name of Centurion Real Estate Brokers. Centurion is now serving its international clients from various countries for over 10 years.

Usman, with his 14 years’ experience as a broker in California and vast knowledge of different aspects of local and international real estate transactions possess strong skills to help his clients to get the best deals. He is detailed oriented, a good communicator, an expert in negotiation and closing deals by thinking out of the box and finding solutions to handle difficult situations in the process of buying or selling a property. His priority is client’s interest and satisfaction which has earned him a good name in the real estate market. He has now focused on New York real estate market and holds a NYS Real Estate Salesperson license. He is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) and Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, Glendora, CA.
