Rosa Troia is an Associate Broker for the esteemed luxury agency, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the residential and investment-related buying and selling of properties from New York City to Long Island. Rosa assists first-time home buyers, relocating families, investors, and especially enjoys helping individuals looking to move from the bustling urban neighborhoods of the big city to Long Island’s smaller, more idyllic communities.

Rosa’s own personal experience of moving to the popular Nassau County hamlet of Manhasset is similar to many of her clients’ stories. She provides insight and understands the needs, requirements, and mindset people tend to have when deciding to transition from a place like New York City to a lifestyle that includes grassy backyards, mature trees, and a more local community feel. Many of her clients are from trendy neighborhoods like Soho, Uptown, Middle Village, Bayside and Whitestone. Rosa uses her expertise and knowledge of the variety of neighborhoods on Long Island to find the right community to settle in that may reflect a combination of the old lifestyle and the one newly sought after.

Rosa specializes in properties within Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties in areas like Manhasset, Huntington, and everything in between. A long-time Manhasset resident, Rosa enjoys experiencing local Long Island hotspots with her husband and three children.
Spending time with family and friends, when she’s not showing homes, is a priority. She balances work and play with kickboxing, self defense classes and long weekend afternoons watching sports with her boys. Rosa generously gives back to her community by supporting and promoting independent local businesses and actively participating as a civic board member and fundraising supporter for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, SCA, Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer, and the Wounded Warrior Project.
