Bio

A seasoned independent investor of residential properties for more than 25 years, Neena decided to take hold of her passion for real estate and make it her career. Neena began her real estate career in 2011, understanding the complete fulfillment in finding one's perfect home and, today, specializes in representing buyers and sellers in the Gold Coast communities of Long Island's North Shore. Focusing on single family and condo developments, Neena concentrates in the quaint towns and villages of Old Brookville, Brookville, Laurel Hollow, Upper Brookville, Old Westbury, Muttontown, Oyster Bay Cove, Woodbury, The Roslyn's, Manhasset, Manhasset Hills, Searingtown and Jericho.

A true hands-on agent, Neena has grown her business primarily through referrals. Neena makes herself accessible to her clients through social media, texts and emails, but prefers face-to-face meetings to create a strong broker-client connection.
Additionally, as a Certified Buyer Representative, a buyer's agent, Neena works to protect your best interests by providing complete and professional guidance to you.

Neena's expertise in sales and marketing was cultivated when she worked in Air India's First & Business Class Desk where she was responsible for airline's First Class and Business Class passengers. Her role as a key communicator between the airline and its passengers generated longtime relationships and solid trust for the Air India brand.

She also honed in on her professional skills as the marketing director for her husband's busy medical practice, Steinway Medical in Astoria, for 20 years. While handling all aspects of office management, Neena seamlessly provided public relations and marketing services for the growing company.

Buyers, sellers and attorneys who have worked closely with Neena, have complimented her expert and proficient nature. With her fine-tuned negotiating skills, Neena's creative problem solving, technical expertise, and project management abilities assure clients that their transaction will come to a successful conclusion.

Neena resides in Brookville with her husband who practices medicine in Astoria. They have two children who are both pursuing careers in medicine. She devotes herself to her community and schools and is involved in many fundraising endeavors. Neena takes time to get involved in the Indian community, joining in many social events, temple activities and charitable events.
