Bio

As a lifelong resident of Long Island, Lowell developed an interest and passion for real estate at a very young age. He received his real estate license the day after his high school graduation. “Living on Long Island has really made me appreciate the intrinsic value of local real estate”. His rapid rise and growing success can only be described as remarkable. Not only has he been voted Rookie of the Year, achieved Sterling Circle of Accomplishment, been featured in Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty newsletter for Outstanding Lead Conversion, but has also been nominated for the Long Island Business News 30 Under Thirty Award, which honors the bright and dynamic young professionals who contribute to the Long Island community through public service and who have made significant strides in business. His achievements are a testament to his exceptional and unprecedented level of commitment to the service of his clients. He is also a Board of Director member and treasurer for Nassau North Shore Chapter of LIBOR.

Lowell’s dedication, work ethic, and people skills combined with his outstanding marketing capabilities and commitment to serving his clients interest, continuously exceed his clients expectations. In recent years he has served international clients, CEOs, high profile celebrities as well as residence who simply wish a prompt and beneficial real estate transaction. He understands the importance of advantageous property presentation, staging and decor and never ceases to work tirelessly alongside his clients to ensure they obtain the best possible outcome and have the smoothest transaction possible. Having earned a colligate degree in business finance, along with his social media expertise, Lowell excels at getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Lowell’s love for and knowledge of the North Shore is second to none. He has developed a very strong referral base which can be attributed to his knowledge, professionalism, energy, negotiation skills and his genuine in-depth awareness of the constantly changing real estate market. Having an ongoing out-of-state referral business as well, after a closing, Lowell makes it a point to travel to the offices to meet and thank the agents who have successfully accommodated his clients referrals.

When not working diligently with his clients, Lowell gives his time freely to many organizations which includes an equestrian center in Old Westbury, who’s mission is to improve the lives of individuals with special needs through facilitated activities with horses. He was fortunate to have grown up with a family in the horse racing business and enjoys spending time at his family's 15-acre equestrian compound in the Pine Bush region of Upstate New York. Health and fitness are also some of his passions. He has been playing tennis and been committed to boxing and mixed martial arts since he was a young boy. Much of his time is also spent on Long Island’s beautiful east end.

Lowell has also been lucky enough to have traveled the world and visit some of the biggest cities on the globe, always being sure to take time to stop and enjoy the local real estate. If you ask him to name his favorite place in the world is, he will always say, without hesitation, "Long Island, of course”!
