After earning her degree from Boston University, Lorin spent over 15 years in marketing and advertising, building her foundation at top ad agencies on Madison Avenue before overseeing Calvin Klein Inc.’s multi-million Home division as their Director of Global Marketing & Licensing. She also worked at SHVO, a niche real estate development company, where she created unique marketing programs for branded luxury condominiums in NYC and consulted real estate developers from initial building design to final sell-out.
Through her extensive marketing background, Lorin gained a deep understanding of growing businesses through strategic positioning, effective pricing, and skillful negotiations. She is also adept at leveraging technology and social networks to market in today’s digital world. With an appreciation for architecture and design, fueled by her many years in the home fashion industry, Lorin has a detailed eye for interior space and tapping its full potential. She has purchased and improved 3 homes in the last 10 years, and can provide guidance and insight to both the business and personal investments in selling or buying a property. She also believes that attentively listening to her clients’ needs and approaching all matters with utmost integrity creates a trusting collaboration. Above all else, she strives for a positive and stress free experience for her clients and customers.
Lorin resides in Port Washington with her husband and 2 daughters. She is active at the local schools and fully embraces the community and all it has to offer. She enjoys running and has completed 2 half marathons in recent years.
