As a dual resident of NYC and Long Beach, Long Island, I change pace as quickly as my heels flip to flops. For 10 years, every weekend is vacation, the beach is more than a season, and I ride a bike with a seat shaped like a banana. Yet, I’m steps to the E train for Tuesday’s Broadway 2-for-1 curtain call. In addition to being an expert for this lifestyle, I have local market knowledge, specializing in co-ops, condos and investment opportunities. A 15-year financial services background at a Top 10 Bank – focused on client service and project management – translates into proactivity, bottom-line results, and top notch negotiations.
