Simply the Best!!! We’ve been buying and selling real estate for the past 30 years. Rosemary O’Neill is one of the the best realtors we have ever worked with, anywhere. Why - in one word - she just CARES more!! We met Rosemary during our move from Brooklyn, NY to Manhasset, Long Island. We were moving for the school system and knew nothing about the area, but we liked what we had see online. Now was the time to check it out IRL. Unfortunately, after many twists and turns, disaster struck and a house we had an “accepted offer” on fell through... Suddenly, we were homeless and had to move into an AirBnB, while we started from scratch with the search for a new house. Rosemary was with us every step of the way. We searched tirelessly together until we found just what we wanted, even surviving a bidding war. Fast forward. We are now happily settled, kids are doing well and we love living in Manhasset! Rosemary O’Neill sold us our first house in Manhasset. Rosemary was outstanding from day one to the closing. Great advise on marketing, staging and getting ready for the open house. Excellent follow up during a difficult time with pandemic. Worked closely with town, lawyers, seller and others to make it happen. Highly recommend her!
