Marlene graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a degree in Social Work and had a highly successful career with Merck Pharmaceutical Company. She was a mentor and motivator to colleagues, and was # 1 in sales for many years, winning several prestigious awards including the Vice President Club Award for Sales. Having lived in Old Westbury with her husband and family for over 30 years, Marlene is extremely knowledgeable with the surrounding communities and school districts. She served as a past Vice President of Old Westbury Hebrew Congregation, Jericho PTA member, Vice President of the Friendship Circle, Past Chairperson of the Women’s Tennis Committee at Old Westbury Golf and Country Club, as well as a current member of their House Committee.
