Lori B. Swift

Lori Swift is a Native New Yorker; she was born in Queens and raised her two children on the North Shore of Long Island.  She knows firsthand the wonderful lifestyle it has to offer.   She is a highly accomplished and results oriented sales leader in the Real Estate industry.  With a proven track record of driving success with her agents, Lori prides herself on building an inclusive, fun and team culture in her offices.  With over 25 years of experience, she has established herself as a trusted advisor and mentor to a successful high performing sales team.   

Lori began her real estate career as a Salesperson and later embarked on a career in management, because of her passion to help others succeed in the field.  She showcases her leadership skills with an innate ability to motivate and inspire her agents.  As a seasoned Sales Manager, with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Stern New York University and master’s in business education from Hofstra University, she possesses a unique and in-depth understanding of both business, teaching and real estate dynamics.  This knowledge helps her provide valuable insight into her team, ensuring they are well- equipped to meet the ever-changing demands of the market.

In addition to her professional achievements, Lori has been involved in the real estate community as a board member of the Long Island Board of Realtors North Shore Chapter.  Her passion for giving back extends beyond the real estate industry, as Lori volunteers her time to local organizations; hospitals schools and animal shelters to name a few.   In her spare time Lori enjoys golf, reading journal’s  or a good book, traveling and spending time with her children and friends.
