Lea grew up in North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina prior to moving to New York. She worked in the fashion/merchandising sector in New York City, then stayed home to focus on her two children. She entered the exciting world of real estate in 1977 and then became co-founder of Sterling Properties, Inc. in 1984 which was acquired by Daniel Gale Associates in 2001. She is affiliated with the Roslyn office and has devoted time to teaching at the new agent training program. Lea has a long history serving on the Professional Standards Committee of LIBOR as a mediator, chairperson and panelist for both ethics and arbitration hearings. She has an outstanding record of achievement in real estate sales and marketing and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer.
