Restoring her 1903 home in Babylon's historical Argyle Park gives Kathleen valuable insight into renovation and restoration projects. Living in one of the unique cottages built from the demolition of The Argyle Hotel, Kathleen has a great appreciation for historic restoration and stewardship of old buildings. "A historic home is a treasure; they tell the story of our communities and connect us with our past. Our older buildings were designed and built to last forever; each one that winds up in a landfill is a loss." Kathleen supports historic preservation and the craftspeople willing to assist in the task.
Buying, selling, or renting, Kathleen is dedicated to your real estate success, and excited to guide you with knowledge, grace, and compassion through your real estate experience.
