I joined Daniel Gale after recently relocating to Long Beach from Manhattan. I am excited to leverage my Manhattan real estate experience to help people find their forever home here in Long Beach. While in my most recent role at the privately-owned Wave Real Estate Group, I was fortunate to lead the commercial side of the business. My team was staffed with a very targeted and specialized group of professionals who were trained to facilitate the sale and purchases of investment properties. These properties included multi-family assets and commercial properties. In addition, we worked with developers to help acquire development sites for future buildings that will add to the NYC skyline. The team was excited to leave our footprint on the Manhattan landscape. As a former associate at Besen & Associates, I was involved in several high-end transactions that involved development sites and rental buildings. I also participated in large foreclosure auctions, where properties sold from $5 million to over $16 million dollars. Additionally, I was the liaison for a development site near the NYU campus that was a silent multi-million dollar transaction. Lastly, I was responsible for marketing an exclusive property in the prime theater district area of Manhattan that drove dozens of potential buyers to inquire about the property on the Besen website. Prior to obtaining my real estate license in NY, I was a NJ Corrections officer for many years. I was trained to manage and deal with stressful situations. This experience has proven invaluable in developing my character, internal strength, persistency and patience. Lastly, I am a veteran service member of the Marine Corp. Active in several training missions in various countries such as Greece and Italy. Activated shortly after 9-11 to the Middle East, my unit was assigned to Operation Enduring Freedom. My training and active duty prepared me with discipline, endurance and tenacity needed to succeed in NY real estate.
