I cannot imagine that there is anybody better at this. Actually, there isn’t. Heidi guided us with great skill through what became a challenging process. Her prior work as a film location manager and her art background give her a special edge in knowing how to stage a house properly. Professional and hard-working, Heidi is also very conscientious -the morning after we hired her, she was at the Town Office when they opened their doors to get the Tax History of the house and all the Certificate of Occupancies to make sure they were up to date. Her energy level is through the roof, even helping us carry our cats down 2 flights of stairs to the car before showings. The only word I can think of to amply describe the experience of working with Heidi Karagianis to sell my late aunt’s home this past spring is a resounding “WOW”!!! From the get-go, her creative and personal approach to uncovering and magnifying the best qualities of the house, as well as her immediate understanding of, and sensitivity to, the particular needs of the family selling the house during an emotionally stressful time made her the perfect team leader for our house sale. With one tour of the property Heidi designed a spot-on marketing plan and timeframe for preparing the house for sale, organized her crew of haulers, painters, cleaners, and got the family involved in getting the house cleared out for an early listing. Under her guidance we were able to put the house on the market well ahead of schedule and perfectly timed in the season to bring in offers that led to a record sale in the neighborhood. Since I live overseas and was there for what I hoped would be a limited time to administer and close our aunt’s estate, getting the house sold quickly but without financial sacrifice was a potentially challenging goal. Heidi, however, is a master at strategizing for max profit without discounting the seller’s emotional attachment and priorities for the house sale. In the end, her organization, efficiency, flexibility, availability, communication, and overwhelmingly thoughtful and positive attitude and attention to every detail of the sale (attention that made us feel we were her only clients rather than one sale among the many much more lucrative she was working on during the busy opening of spring season) brought us record offers and a record sale and got me home in record time. Amazing service, expertise and resources, and a total delight to work with. WOW!!!

Heidi was wonderful to work with throughout the process of buying my new home. Her honest and genuine demeanor comes through in the first few minutes of meeting. Heidi is a straight shooter & tells you exactly what her role is to the seller but walked the delicate line of making me feel that my needs and concerns were just as relevant as the sellers.
