We just bought our first home. We are a family with three small kids. We needed to move to the suburbs from the city due to a new job and we needed to find a home fast. Initially the whole process of finding and buying a home in an unknown area was absolutely overwhelming. This is another great quality that gave us an edge for negotiating our home offer. Moreover, Elyse proved to be very skilled and wise navigating the price negotiation process and she successfully got our offer accepted.

Elyse wonderful service continued post signing the home contract. She provided great recommendations for home renovations. She also helped me with setting up workers for home renovations.

Elyse did all this with an exceptional human touch. She was very maternal and caring. She truly wanted for our family the best home, which she did accomplish and we are forever grateful.
