Liz Brown is the BOMB. We were stuck in an in-between house type of thing that was near impossible to sell. Not only did Liz pull it off and get it sold for top dollar (still not sure how), she negotiated a great price for our next house against, shall I say politely, a cagey listing agent. We loved her.  

My partner and I purchased our first home in 2016, located in the Bay Hills section of Huntington Bay. We had the considerable fortune of working with Elizabeth Brown from Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. Our experience was seamless! We were naturally quite nervous when we started the buying process and almost immediately, her expertise of the market, in-depth knowledge of the community and extensive professional network gave us the confidence to buy in the area. We knew she was someone we could trust. At every stage – the offer, negotiations, financing, home inspection, and finally closing – Liz was thoughtful in her approach, patient with our concerns, and diligent in her responses, delivering outcomes that fully represented our wishes (and oftentimes placing our interests above her own). Throughout the home buying process, Liz was extremely thorough and observant in her recommendations. She is a service-oriented realtor whose professionalism and dedication continued even after our move-in. Since closing, we have reached out to her for counsel (services, insurance, remodeling, HOA, property taxes, etc.) and she has always responded quickly with sound and actionable advice. Elizabeth Brown listed and sold our house for us. She was knowledgeable and professional.  Liz was quick to respond to questions by phone or email.  In preparing our house for photos, she spent a lot of time moving furniture around so it looked it’s best in the listing materials. Liz was present at all showings, informed us of buyer’s feedback, and made me feel as if our house was the only house she was marketing (though I know that was not the case).

I was very impressed with Liz's ability to put the total sale price involved in a sale into a cash flow analysis with the financial information I provided as well as various rates and loan instruments. I've never met a real estate agent who can help in this regard. Long after the sale is over, this info is valuable for the new owner and goes beyond just selling you a house. Also, Liz is a native Huntingtonian. She knows the neighborhoods and the schools.

Elizabeth also helped me sell my previous home. The photographs she had taken were incredible, and she advised me on small things I could do to make the place show the best. I again trusted her expertise, this time on how to market and list it, and I am so happy I did...the home ended up selling well above asking price!

I have already recommended her to close friends and will continue to do so for anyone looking in the area. I am so happy in my new home and it's all thanks to her.

Elizabeth is great at what she does, understanding and accommodating, very knowledgeable of real estate and the help she administered with the sale and purchase of our homes was over the top, but never too much, glad to say we were able to experience the sale and purchase at the same which can be very stressful with some one as easy going and straight forward as Elizabeth, looking forward to the next purchase!

Liz was Fantastic!! She listened to what we were looking for in a new house and didn’t waste our time with houses that were out of our price range and area. We sold our house and bought our new house with Liz. Would use her services again in the future !
