I am a commercial real estate appraiser, so I know a bit about brokers and how they operate. I have known Beth Catrone to be a "Go Getter", as she has always been quick with responding to requests for looking at properties. I noticed her persistent diligence while she was the selling agent for my previous house, as she constantly brought potential buyers to my house, and I have subsequently used her services to get two separate apartments in Port Washington after my divorce.
