Andy is a native Long Islander familiar with the complex nature of the real estate market in both Nassau and Suffolk counties. His prior experience affords him the unique advantage of working with builders and renovation specialists to identify opportunities for new construction and undervalued properties.
He believes that the purchase of a home is deeply personal, one that requires trust and transparency. Andy is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his clients and takes pride in advising them on the purchase of some of their largest, lifetime assets.
Prior to his career in real estate, Andy worked as a private wealth portfolio manager with some of the largest firms on Wall Street and was a Director of consulting for a boutique corporate litigation firm. His professional background informs his expertise in business and the real estate market.
