I am pleased to write a review for Amanda and Lauryn. They sold our house in July and made what can be a very stressful situation quite tolerable. They are both warm friendly and very knowledgeable realtors. They had wonderful suggestions yet they always listened to our concerns and input. They sold our house in 2 weeks. We were so happy with our experience and would never hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Lauryn and Amanda stuck by our sides for 2 years through a brutal buyers’ market. We didn’t know the area at all and had to rely on them to show us the ropes, which they enthusiastically did. As a team, they complement each other’s personalities extremely well, refreshingly direct and kind. When they found our home for our soon-to-be family of four, they knew it was meant for us and insisted through our hesitancies that we at least look at. When we finally saw it we made an offer on the spot. Grateful they stuck with us and to have had such a power team on our side.

It was great working with Amanda Light and Lauryn Koke.   They were both efficient and worked hard at selling our home and helping us purchase a new home.  It did not take very long at all.  It went well and everything was comfortable.  Amanda knew how important it was to me to sell my home and showed me homes that I was looking for.  They were caring and understanding throughout the whole process.  They did an amazing job at “staging” our home and made it very inviting to those that were interested.  I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

Amanda was our realtor when we sold our home.  Naturally, that can be a stressful time but with Amanda on our team, we had a wonderful experience.  She has a remarkable ability to make you feel as if you are her only client.  Always available, communicative, thoughtful - she made the process incredibly easy for us.  From the small details to the large, every matter was given careful consideration.  I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone who wants more from a realtor than a business transaction.  She simply is the best.
