A graduate of Stony Brook University with a degree in economics and a minor in business, Tor is well versed in the art of the sale and negotiating the best price for his real estate clients. His competitive drive, developed from years of boat racing and baseball to commercial fishing and brokering yacht deals for one of the premier yacht design firms in the nation, leads to only the best outcomes for his buyers and sellers, all while making the process an enjoyable one. With over 14 years in the industry, Tor has experienced the ever-changing Long Island and greater New York real estate trends. He enjoys working with an established luxury brand like Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, and along with Sotheby’s global reach and its iconic auction house, there is a level of service and exposure that is unmatched in the industry. In addition to boat racing, he loves a good physical challenge, participating each year in the Bonefrog Challenge, now a family tradition, navigating a nine mile mountain obstacle course hosted by the Navy Seals.
