Rose was referred to me by a friend who had several investment properties. I hired her to rent the 2nd floor apartment in my mother’s 2 family home. We recently renovated the apartment and was looking for a particular tenant as my mother still lived on the first floor. Rose was very personable and set out a plan. I was referred to Rose by a family friend. She helped my dad get his apartment rented and helped us find an apartment.
