I was recently relocating from California to Brooklyn and decided it would be wise to engage a professional to assist me. This was the smartest decision I made. I was connected to Peter through a friend of the family, and just after a few phone calls, email exchanges, and rental spec sheets, Peter had a good sense of what interests me. During these times of Covid, I knew a trip to visit properties was out of the question, so my faith was in Peter, videos, and lots of pictures and questions to land me my new home. Peter was extremely responsive, and although I was 3000 miles away, always felt he was available to talk or text at any time. Since Brooklyn was uncharted territory for me, Peter also helped guide me through the pros and cons of various neighborhoods, buildings, and units, based upon his quick, but valid, assessment of me, my needs, and interests.I am pleased to say my place is exactly what I dreamed it would be and Peter helped me through the process at every step.

Mr. Peter Darnell came highly recommended by a long-time and good friend so while having to do everything 'remotely' by phone, computer, he made everything go so smoothly which was such a comfort to me during this difficult time and being unable to travel to BK/NYC, during the selling process of my co-op. Peter was amazing!  Our single-family row house in Crown Heights presented a unique rental challenge that required creative expertise and Peter went above and beyond the call of duty.   He found us the PERFECT tenants,  at the asking rent, in the middle of a pandemic, from across the country with no hitches!!!  I'm already recommending him to others!  10 stars!!!!
