We have bought and sold four homes in our 47-year marriage and Pauline Cremins has been by far the best real estate agent we have worked with through all these transactions.  Since we were purchasing a home in Port Washington while remaining out of state during the Covid pandemic, we needed to rely on Pauline's intimate knowledge of the community in choosing a home.  She quickly understood our wish list and was able to find the perfect home on the perfect street for us without having in-person showings.  The task was further complicated as we were purchasing a home based upon an architect's renderings during a pre-construction period, and a considerable amount of work was needed interacting with the seller/builder.
