About Paula
Paula Jerman specializes in commercial, office, industrial and retail real estate services and is considered an expert in retail leasing and development and site selection for national retail companies looking to come to Long Island. Many companies and developers seek out her talents in their search of prime locations for retail development and land use throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. Jerman was the past president of the Long Island Divers Association and produced their annual film festivals for many years. Paula has promoted all aspects of scuba diving; she lectures at dive clubs and seminars, coordinates dive charters (including aqua woman dives), and has preserved important local dive sites. She has been actively involved with the Moriches Reef Project and has been featured in various articles related to dive education, safety, conservation, and general promotion of the sport.
