Prior to entering real estate, Patricia enjoyed an exciting career in the film and video production industry in Manhattan. Pat and her husband have raised their two children in the Oyster Bay area, where she has been actively involved in her community. Her philosophy of giving back is evident in her participation with many of the local non-profits such as The Community Service Foundation of Oyster Bay, The Teddy Roosevelt Bird Sanctuary, the local chapter of Save the Children, as well as the animal rescue organization Mixed Breeds in Need. She feels strongly about the plight of homeless animals and makes it a point to donate a portion of each real estate transaction to an animal rescue group. Pat is intimately familiar with equestrian real estate in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. She is a member of the Muttontown Horsemen's Association and with her beloved Icelandic horse has explored many of the beautiful trails that abound on the North Shore.
