Over the years, Nancy’s devotion to the craft evolved into building homes from the ground up, managing renovation projects and investing in properties. Raised on the North Shore of Long Island in the charming hamlet of Oyster Bay, within the Village of Centre Island, Nancy’s connection to the area runs deep. Her childhood was filled with memories of swimming in Oyster Bay Harbor, building forts with friends, and boating across the Long Island Sound to Connecticut. Though life took her to other parts of the country, Nancy always returned for summers and holidays, reconnecting with the community and savoring the vibrant waterfront lifestyle. Now, she blends her personal history with professional acumen to help her clients find properties that perfectly align with their aspirations, from cozy cottages by the water to grand estates with sweeping views.
