Michael has been in real estate for more than 20 years on the North Shore of Long Island. He has been a top producer for much of that time while being a member of the International Sterling Society for real estate achievement for the many years. He credits his success to hard work and his ability to listen to people and to work in a collaborative way with his clients, customers, and colleagues.

He views time as a precious commodity of his clients, both sellers and buyers. Therefore, he does the leg work and research to price and market his listings to maximize selling at the highest price in the shortest amount of time. While working with buyers, the research is applied to exposing his clients to all properties that meet their criteria and then negotiate the best price.
