I was having a very difficult time in the real estate market. Long story short, I entered into a contract with a builder for a new construction house. The builder kept delaying and extending the closing date and dragged me along the process for over a year until he finally cancelled the contract. This was a difficult time; I wasted over a year in the hopes that I would end up with a new construction but ended up with nothing. Once I re-entered the market, I met with Holly & Michael and I restarted my search. Although I was disappointed with the builder and the real estate market was only getting tougher (low inventory, rising rates, rising prices), Holly & Michael were always there to support me and keep my spirits high. I remained optimistic due to their support and guidance throughout the process. I saw countless houses with them and they always gave me honest/objective advice, which prevented me from making many mistakes. They were extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Once I found the home that I eventually closed on, Holly & Michael continued to guide me through every step throughout the closing and even after the closing. Also worth nothing that the listing agent was very difficult to work with (according to everyone involved, not just me - my attorney, mortgage broker, etc) and I know they had to deal with him the most, but they did not allow his unprofessional behavior to affect the task at hand, which is very much appreciated. I cannot thank Holly & Michael enough for everything they done. Overall, they were a tremendous asset, provided me with a lot of value, and I'm so glad they were on my team!
