Michael Alpert's journey in the world of real estate has spanned over a decade, fueled by a lifelong passion for the industry. His earliest memories revolve around visiting open houses with his parents, igniting his fascination with the quest for the perfect home. His real estate adventure began at the tender age of 12 when, while perusing a local real estate magazine, he stumbled upon the property that would later become his family's home until his departure from New Jersey for Hofstra University. 

With a degree in hand, he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and International Business. In 2008, Michael took the leap into homeownership himself, securing his first property on Long Island and immersing himself in the local community. In 2011, he ventured into the world of entrepreneurship by acquiring the Mineola Diner, fulfilling his vision of owning a beloved neighborhood eatery where people could experience a sense of belonging. 

Michael's enthusiasm for making people feel at home ultimately led him to embark on a new path as a licensed real estate agent, which he has enjoyed success in for over a decade. Throughout the years, he has honed his exceptional ability to grasp and genuinely listen to his clients' unique needs. Now a resident of Westbury Village, a proud business owner in Mineola, and a Nassau County inhabitant for over two decades, Michael boasts an extensive knowledge of various locales. His specialization primarily centers around the areas encompassing the Long Island Railroad's main line, stretching from Floral Park to Huntington.
