I had the pleasure of working with Mary Beth over the summer. She's truly excellent. I tried buying a house she listed during the Covid rush, lost out, but remembered how helpful she was. When I saw a house she had listed this summer, it made the house more appealing bc I knew she was honest and super well-connected. On day 1, she told me EXACTLY what to expect throughout the whole process-- like a fortune teller. She connected me with lovely, knowledgeable people, but was never insistent. Mary Beth did a wonderful job selling my house and reminding me of issues to take care of inside and outside of the house in getting ready for the open house and making sure to obtain certification as to the proper filling of the underground oil tank that had been on my property for over 47 years. The pictures her photographer took of the house were excellent as was the listing posted. The listing came out on a Thursday and there were no viewings til the Sunday Open House,  which Ms. Darcy handled extremely efficiently. My house sold the day after the Open House. I closed last month, in August, 2023. Ms.  Darcy is a very experienced, personable and knowledgeable real estate brokers with years of experience. She is also extremely responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. I could not have hoped for a better real estate broker. I highly recommend her!
