Marjorie Lieberman

My husband and I recently bought a house in Albertson, Long Island. Marjorie helped us and guided us, first time homebuyers, throughtout the whole process. Marjorie's expertise and guidance was of great importance. She was patient, always reachable, and knew exactly what my husband and I were  looking for. It was a pleasure and lots of fun seeing her every weekend. I highly recommend Marjorie, especially for first time home buyers!

I can't say enough about Marjorie. She showed me over a dozen properties with patience and with exactly what I wanted in mind. My best praise is how she always gave me a true story, the proper sense of urgency and a real history of what she had experienced to make my process understandable. This  made the process of selection comforting and getting out an offer quick and confident. She is great for a first-time buyer. I would highly recommend Marjorie for she is the right partner and advocate when you are purchasing a home. You need to be friends with your Realtor in order to work in tandem to find the best place at the best price, Marjorie is that partner! I was very lucky to meet her when I did.

Margie is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, and most of all patient. She went above and beyond to find us a home in our preferred area, all the while giving good advice and never pressuring us. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind and genuinely cared, which for  first-time homebuyers is invaluable. Her good advice and friendship has remained constant, long after the closing.

I have only great things to say about Marjorie as she truly treated us like part of her family. We are no means experienced buyers but she helped us sell two apartments and found the home of our dreams all within a short amount of time. We have worked with other agents in the past and they don’t  put in a third of the effort that Marjorie did. Previous agents just listed our place and let it sit but Marjorie suggested us on ways to improve appeal by adding little things that ultimately got our places sold in less than a month. I would suggest to anyone that’s looking for someone to help sell or buy to contact Marjorie because she can save you a lot of time and a lot of headaches. Just remember, she helped us sell two places and buy one place in less than 2 years’ time, that’s how much we like her.

Marjorie helped us find a perfect home for our family. She was very diligent and guided us appropriately. She didn't try to sell us on a home outside of our price point and really focused on finding a home to meet our needs. Ultimately she found us a perfect home and represented us throughout the  entire process. We would highly recommend Marjorie!

If you are looking for a realtor then look no further! Marjorie, our realtor, was spectacular throughout the entire home purchasing process. She was very accommodating with our busy schedules. (We probably saw over 15 homes together) She was always patient and great at pointing out things we  never even thought of. During our negotiating process, she provided excellent comps to help us along the process and always gave clear and precise instructions. After we finally had a accepted offer, she helped make sure the we had all the info necessary to close. If she didn't know the info offhand, she was always extremely quick to get the answers. We highly recommend working with Marjorie to anyone looking to purchase a new home

Margie was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, upbeat and essential as she guided us (first time home buyers) through the nervewracking process of purchasing a home. She did her homework and followed up with us, gave us space (but was gently persistent) and we could not have been happier having her  assist us. Margie is also a Certified Buyer Representative which made us comfortable as well. We highly recommend Margie and are recommending her to others as well. 

I would recommend Margie in a heartbeat! As soon as my husband and I met Margie, we had a great feeling and connection with her. She has a very sincere and warm touch that we hadn't experienced with previous agents. Margie guided us and thoroughly educated us along the way, which we really  appreciated as first time home buyers. She listened to what our family needs were and sought out homes based on our needs and feedback. Margie was super patient with us and at the end, found us a place we can now call home. She is extremely passionate about her work, knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional. We loved that she corresponded with us promptly, while giving us time to process things on our own without any pressure from her. I have no doubt Margie will be an invaluable asset to anyone lucky enough to work with her!

I first met Marjorie at an open house for the property I ended up buying. I was just beginning my search and Marjorie was very respectful of that and gave me the time I needed to think about it. I had been to other open houses in the area and none of the agents were as nice and friendly as  Marjorie was. After giving it some time, I ended up buying the property. Marjorie was there during all steps of the process to answer any questions I had and keep me patient during the long process which was new to me as a young/first time buyer. At closing, it was nice to see that the seller had the same sentiment about Marjorie. I would highly recommend her whether you are looking to buy or sell!

I was very lucky to have Marjorie as my realtor when I was selling my house. She gave me great advice, priced house in a reasonable range and was very professional. I had some issues with this house and Marjorie chose to be actively involved in solving them even dedicated her own time for stopping  by at the town office and waiting for some contractors to show up. I loved her calm personality which definitely helps in a stressful time like that. House was sold very fast and I see it as a big Marjorie achievement. I would highly recommend her!!

I highly recommend Margie Lieberman. She is very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Her advise on how to present my apartment for sale was exactly correct and I had many potential buyers within the first week it went on the market. Margie was terrific and I sold my  apartment quickly and painlessly! She always called me back right away, was very supportive and helpful and I could not ask for a more pleasant experience with the sale of my apartment. She was great and I would absolutely use her services again in the future. 

I'm not one to write reviews but in the case, I have to as Marjorie was just an extreme pleasure to work with and am now recommending her to anyone looking out in LI. We discovered Marjorie haphazardly when we showed up at the wrong open house - however, it was the best mistake we made during our  home search process! We decided to move to LI from Manhattan, after finding out we were expecting our first baby - so we were in a bit of a time crunch. Marjorie moved quickly and was able to help educate us on the very many neighborhoods as well as the layouts available so we could become more precise with our search. She was extremely dedicated and always ahead of the new listings coming out, very patient with us as we just didn't know much, accommodating with our schedules which wasn't always easy, and got to know both my and my husbands tastes (which werent the same). Additionally, she was always honest about all listings - and had a strong knowledge of comps in the area to help assess prices. Once we found the right home - she also was extremely helpful in securing it. She has great contacts for mortgage (we had an issue with our bank that her contact helped us solve in 24 hours), inspectors, etc and will hold you hand all the way if you ask her to (but not pushy by any means). Would work again with her in a heart beat!
