Marianne Koke

Before becoming a realtor, I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marist College and studied English literature for a year at Oxford University. After University I lived in Austria for a summer working as an Au Pair for the largest Strawberry Farmer in Europe. These experiences of studying and living abroad helped me prepare for my role as a realtor who works with and for people with many different visions of “home”.

For the past thirty-five years, it has been my sincere pleasure to serve the Smithtown & St. James & the Three Village area as an active real estate professional. I have been successful at navigating the ever-changing real estate market for my buyers & sellers. I work tirelessly for my clients to provide them the attention to detail throughout the entire transaction process, from open house showings, all the way to the closing table. When I am with my clients, my undivided attention is on them and I will diligently go through the details to make sure my clients understand all aspects of the deal.

I have been a consistent top producer with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty for many years. I attribute this to the fact that I love what I do, I keep myself & my clients informed on the current market conditions and I genuinely care about achieving the highest price for my sellers and finding my buyer clients the home that best suits their needs. I have had returning clients from every walk of life and they tell me it is because of my professional demeanor and work ethic.

As an active member of the parish, Sts. Philip and James, and a mother of four grown children, I am very knowledgeable about my community and the surrounding area. It is my belief that to be a successful real estate agent it is not only important to know the market but also being integrated into the community.
