Marianne Imperial

Whether it be sales, leasing or management, Marianne joins the Daniel Gale team with a certain well-roundedness in real estate not often seen. She has been involved in the real estate profession for more than 35 years in roles ranging from residential and commercial sales to leasing agent to property management. Although her real estate career has primarily focused on Long Island and Queens, she has provided guidance to clients in differing and changing markets.

Having a soup to nuts perspective, she is thoroughly familiar with a transaction’s various stages, which benefits and eases her clientele through the contract and closing processes. She understands the importance of professionally and skillfully assisting clients with their single most important purchase or investment. Whether it is a relocation, first-time buyer or empty-nester, she is committed to serving her clients ethically with the utmost integrity and respect.

Marianne attended Adelphi University in Garden City where she earned a BS in Communications and Business as well as a Paralegal designation from the NYS Bar Association with specialties in Real Estate, Estates and Trusts. She also earned her Insurance license and is a Notary Public. Marianne’s education and knowledge has provided insight into negotiations, marketable title and closing hurdles. With extensive experience in the insurance, finance and accounting industries Marianne has developed excellent customer service skills. She is currently on staff at The Wyndham Garden City Residential Resale Office.

Service to others has been paramount to Marianne. She presently volunteers at a Long Island Hospital and has volunteered for Long Island’s Guiding Dog Foundation as well as a shelter for domestic violence victims.  In her leisure time Marianne enjoys traveling, cultural arts, golf and discovering new Long Island dining experiences.
