I contacted Linda after finding her business card among my father’s possessions following his death late last year. I needed help both selling his house (our old family home which was in poor condition) and finding a rental apartment for a family member who had been living there. I honestly cannot adequately describe the amazing experience I had with Linda. From the start, she handled everything and then some, going way above and beyond the role of a realtor (she even helped the family member move). Linda is not your everyday real estate agent - she's more like your own personal real estate project manager. I think I even referred to her as our private investigator at one point. Not only will she sell your house, or help you find the right one (she did both for us), she will make sure every aspect of both of those processes flow expeditiously and smoothly to completion. Whether it be following up with other agents, driving by the property to make sure items were cleared out as promised, bugging the town for permits...you name it and she'll make it happen. Linda listed and sold our home and helped us find our new home. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We had previously listed our house with no success due to high taxes, but Linda was able to get past the taxes and we got an offer above asking less than a week of listing. We spoke almost daily and she was on top of everything before it was even asked. When it came time to purchase our new home. our first deal had some issues and she worked tirelessly until we found another home.
