Kathleen (Kathe) Dodd

Kathe joined Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty after a career within the financial services industry as Executive Director of J. P. Morgan Chase, leading a global business. Kathe leverages her business acumen and extensive real estate knowledge to establish trust-based relationships with her clients while striving to exceed their real estate expectations by intently listening and understanding their desired outcome. She believes in working proactively to tailor a plan to identify real estate opportunities and to manage expeditiously the sale, purchase, negotiation, and closing processes. Her focus as a client advisor is to act as the source of all pertinent information and to provide discreet guidance to her seller, buyer, or investor. Kathe has successfully marketed and sold several historic luxury properties as well as attended to the needs of first-time buyers.

Working in concert with Sotheby's International Realty Network across 81 countries and territories, Kathe collaborates with their full-service relocation and referral team to meet clients' needs on a global basis.

Kathe enjoys introducing clients to her community's country lifestyle set amidst rolling hills, waterfront, historic venues, nature preserves, inviting shops, restaurants and her favorite country farm stand.
