Kate and her partner helped my wife and I find our dream home. She stuck with us, took us into a lot of homes and ultimately we found the keeper. She had our best interest in mind and gave us her honest thoughts throughout the entire process. Once that happened, it was time to sell our home and with Kate's help it happened over a single weekend. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable agent. 

Kate is absolutely the realtor you must have if you're looking for a home in LI. After looking at houses for a couple months with a different agent, we found Kate through a referral and clicked with her right away. She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and provides excellent advice. What's great about her is she truly takes the time to find out what the buyer wants, puts you in a position to act quickly when needed but is never pushy about making a decision.

Literally, within 3 weeks of working with Kate, we had found our house, and made an offer that was accepted. At this point, this is where maybe some realtors may take a step back from the process and let the mortgage company or attorneys do the heavy lifting and wait for their commission check. Nope, not Kate. She stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, followed up with various contacts to ensure they did their parts and made necessary phone calls that would have fallen on us to handle. I can probably go on and on about how great our experience with Kate was but the proof is evident that two months after meeting her, we have our house!

Kate made the home buying process a great experience which can be hard for first time home buyers. She's extremely knowledgeable, responsive and dedicated to her clients. We never doubted whether she had our best interests at heart. If I were to buy again, I'd use Kate in a heartbeat.

Kate knows so much about the market, she is trustworthy and really cares about finding the right home for her clients! It took us a while till we found our dream home and she was so patient in the process! She made sure to always let us know when a home was about to go on the market and she always  cared to learn our likes and dislikes with a home! we remained friends even after we bought our home and keep in touch! We highly recommend her!!!!!!
