 Julie will not rest until she finds you the house of your dreams! We purchased our first (and probably last) house with Julie. It was a house we had seen about 3 years prior but couldn’t make an offer on because of life circumstances at the time. But, we had compared every house we saw since to it, making it hard to believe we would ever again find something we liked. We met Julie at an open house she was showing and clicked immediately. She began sending us a plethora of houses that were close to what we described as wanting, not resting even while she was on a safari in Africa! We felt like she understood what we were looking for and was committed to finding it for us. She was not discouraged if we dismissed any, and instead, fine tuned her search. After years of us looking independently, we made our first two offers on houses within a couple of months with Julie. Fortunately, because not long after, that house from 3 y ago went back on the market and Julie sent the listing to us immediately, without even knowing that that was “the house”. (As an aside, to illustrate how “on point” Julie had been, we had been working with another agent from another firm just before meeting Julie. We had even given that agent a list of houses we had loved in the past, with “the house” top of the list as the one that got away. That agent didn’t let us know that that house was back on the market or show us anything similar.) Julie was able to get us a viewing and thanks to the coaching of Julie we had our offer accepted. Buying (or selling) your first ever house can be daunting and there are things during the closing process that could have gone much smoother, but we are so glad we had Julie on our side.

After loving our family home for more than 43 years, it was a very difficult decision to sell. When we met with Julie Moss for the first time we were extremely impressed with her understanding of our hesitancy to move forward. She was very kind and let us know she would be supportive throughout the process. Her knowledge of the local market was spot on and in fact she was able to negotiate a favorable sale price for us. In addition she qualified the best possible purchasers ….they are a lovely couple and we were so happy to turn over possession to them.
