Despite three (3) certified mailings and facsimiles to your attention, you failed to provide the estimates for the house repairs, as provided in the escrow agreement. Thanks to Julia Blaker, one of the real estate agents, I was provided with the documentation needed for your client to comply with the escrow agreement and complete the matter. Accordingly, in compliance with the escrow agreement, I have enclosed a check in the amount of $3,000 made payable to the House Doctor. The matter is now complete.
