Jean was incredible. She was able to get me into a house that did not have weekend viewings and this was the house that we purchased. She helped me negotiate from an initially higher bid down 5k as in my exuberance upon my initial 480k bid was too high by 5k. She completely understood and had the conversation with the seller who accepted the lower bid. Post the same Jean has provided me with trusted: Cleaning Service; tree removal and outside work providers.. She is honest, ethical and just a darn nice person to navigate the real estate landscape.
