In 2013, Jacqueline began her real estate career in her native Long Island, and after much hard work she became an Associate Broker only four years later.
Jacqueline was passionate about offering up her time and resources to growing agents, educating, and supporting them in the real estate process. Owing to this generosity, Jacqueline was recognized by the Irish Echo as a 2020 recipient of the 40 under 40 award in leadership in her real estate community. This award is for a celebration of Irish and Irish Americans who have distinguished themselves in their respective fields of work before reaching the age of forty. Jacqueline is especially skilled at recruiting high-volume & experienced real estate agents and brokers. She continues to work at a high level and is known across the region as an honest and hardworking Manager who always puts her agents & clients first.
Jacqueline is also successful at cultivating an office environment that attracts & retains top producing agents & brokers from around long Island. It is her selflessness and helpful nature that makes Jacqueline the successful businesswoman she is today. As the Sales Manager of the Smithtown & Stony Brook offices, Jacqueline’s management responsibilities extend beyond filling sales positions with talented and qualified realtors. Jacqueline enjoys on-boarding, training, and supporting all the agents and clients she gets to work alongside. While working as the Manager, Jacqueline guides the agents on how to nurture new business, navigate difficult negotiations & handle the ever-changing waters that are real estate.
Jacqueline’s philosophy is simple; honesty, devotion to clients, and a strong work ethic will propel an agent to the next level of their career. This is reflected in the accolades not only from her satisfied clients but also from her colleagues, as she is part of the Sterling Achievement Circle at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty for her sales accomplishments. In her free time, Jacqueline is the ever-doting mother and mentor to her three young daughters. They are the inspiration for her integrity and devotion to her work, and she strives to set a good example by showing them what it takes to be a success in anything they choose to do. Jacqueline also has a strong passion for charity work and while being the Sales Manager, she has supported many charities such as Mom Bombs, Angel's Without Faces, Wounded Warriors Project & Angela's House.
