 Quite unexpectedly, I was faced with selling my house in Hollis Hills, NY. I immediately contacted Irene as I had heard of her expertise over the years. I met with her and explained the need to sell quickly. She outlined what I could expect from her, suggested the price the house could go for, advised me of her charges, and recommended what I needed to do as the seller.

 It was clear from the outset that Irene was an expert in her field and I gladly followed her lead. In no time flat she lined up clients and advised me when she would be arriving with them and suggested I be a silent observer or not be there at all – invaluable advice. Whenever she notified me that she would be arriving with a potential buyer, I left the house. Within a day or so, she would review, if worthwhile, what had taken place. Before I expected it, she felt she had a very solid buyer and it was a done deed. What I felt strongly about Irene is that she knows how to deal with both buyers and sellers and each comes away with the feeling that each are being treated fairly and with respect.

Irene helped us sell our co-op in Forest Hills and purchase a house in Hollis Hills. Our co-op board was extremely difficult but Irene was on top of everything and facilitated the sell very quickly.
