The only word I can think of to amply describe the experience of working with Heidi Karagianis to sell my late aunt’s home this past spring is a resounding “WOW”!!! From the get-go, her creative and personal approach to uncovering and magnifying the best qualities of the house, as well as her immediate understanding of, and sensitivity to, the particular needs of the family selling the house during an emotionally stressful time made her the perfect team leader for our house sale. With one tour of the property Heidi designed a spot-on marketing plan and timeframe for preparing the house for sale, organized her crew of haulers, painters, cleaners, and got the family involved in getting the house cleared out for an early listing. Under her guidance we were able to put the house on the market well ahead of schedule and perfectly timed in the season to bring in offers that led to a record sale in the neighborhood. Since I live overseas and was there for what I hoped would be a limited time to administer and close our aunt’s estate, getting the house sold quickly but without financial sacrifice was a potentially challenging goal. Heidi, however, is a master at strategizing for max profit without discounting the seller’s emotional attachment and priorities for the house sale.
