We reached out to Erica when we were trying to rent a newly purchased home in Peconic. There was a vast amount of renovations to be done at this house and we decided to call a local realtor for advise. Erica answered the phone and even though the timing of our rental was up in the air she was very quick to help us. She spent time with us, helping us understand the rental market. After 21 years in Mattituck we decided to sell our home. After having multiple realtors in the area with no interest in buyers, we decided Daniel Gale, and chose Erica. We came upon Erica when she called me when the listing for the sale of our house ran out with the second top regarded Agent and Broker on the North Fork, who were both unsuccessful in selling our home of 33 years. Erica's poise and manner made such a first impression on me that I decided to let her have a chance, and listed it with her. It was the best decision we made!
