We had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Brown on both the buy and sell sides of our real estate transactions and found she is a true professional. Liz works tirelessly for her clients: whether it’s finding the perfect property for your needs and desires or selling your home. There are many situations in real estate transactions that arise which require attention to detail and most importantly follow up. Liz is a detail-oriented problem solver and always demonstrated the appropriate follow through on these situations. She has the intelligence, capability and drive to work out all of the details for a successful conclusion and we highly recommend her for any real estate matter. Elizabeth Brown came highly recommended to my husband and I by several friends in our community. Liz lived up to her stellar reputation. We started looking for a house when the historical low inventory and historical high prices started. We couldn't have been working with a better Real Estate agent during this challenging time. Liz is extremely knowledgeable about the market trends, she helped us navigate through the constant challenges. I've worked with many real estate professionals over the years and Elizabeth is without question peerless in that group. Her knowledge of the Huntington market and surrounding areas is consummate. Her market analysis was far deeper than anything I have received from other real estate professionals and it fostered a much higher confidence level for me in the evaluation of properties.

Liz Brown is the BOMB. We were stuck in an in-between house type of thing that was near impossible to sell. Not only did Liz pull it off and get it sold for top dollar (still not sure how), she negotiated a great price for our next house against, shall I say politely, a cagey listing agent. We loved her.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Elizabeth brown!!! From our first phone call to the day of closing, she was just an absolute angel! Communication was 10/10 honesty was 10/10 overall experience 100/10. She knew exactly what we wanted and what would be best for us to start our family and if she didn’t think that something was up to our standard or wants/needs, she made sure she told us. As soon as she found information out about the house, closing, etc she communicated right away. We would not have found our amazing gem of a house without her by our side and we’d recommend her to anyone and everyone again and again!

Liz was Fantastic!! She listened to what we were looking for in a new house and didn’t waste our time with houses that were out of our price range and area. We sold our house and bought our new house with Liz. Would use her services again in the future !

I was very impressed with Liz's ability to put the total sale price involved in a sale into a cash flow analysis with the financial information I provided as well as various rates and loan instruments. I've never met a real estate agent who can help in this regard. Long after the sale is over, this info is valuable for the new owner and goes beyond just selling you a house. Also, Liz is a native Huntingtonian. She knows the neighborhoods and the schools.

Elizabeth is great at what she does, understanding and accommodating, very knowledgeable of real estate and the help she administered with the sale and purchase of our homes was over the top, but never too much, glad to say we were able to experience the sale and purchase at the same which can be very stressful with some one as easy going and straight forward as Elizabeth, looking forward to the next purchase!

I am so grateful to have met and worked with Elizabeth. She and I worked together for 1.5 years finding my dream home, and she always made me feel like a top priority with every new house we saw together (which ended up being quite a few!). I really felt like I could trust her expertise when it  came to negotiating, and I always felt like she had my back. She was consistently sending me homes for us to check out and keeping me apprised of the market in my price range and area, but never tried to push a specific home on me to get a deal done. Any time I had a question or wanted to see a home, she responded quickly and eagerly. Elizabeth also helped me sell my previous home. The photographs she had taken were incredible, and she advised me on small things I could do to make the place show the best. I again trusted her expertise, this time on how to market and list it, and I am so happy I did...the home ended up selling well above asking price!

Elizabeth Brown listed and sold our house for us. She was knowledgeable and professional.  Liz was quick to respond to questions by phone or email.  In preparing our house for photos, she spent a lot of time moving furniture around so it looked it’s best in the listing materials.
