About Cheryl

Cheryl has been assisting home buyers and sellers in the greater Nassau County region of Long Island since 2006. Her extensive knowledge of the area, including the surrounding incorporated villages, enables her to provide her clients with expert real estate advice. Cheryl is recognized for her hardworking, determined, and resourceful approach to real estate negotiations in a competitive market. Prior to her career in real estate, Cheryl held various positions in the cargo division of two major airlines. As one of only a few women in the industry at the time, Cheryl worked hard to prove her capabilities. In her role as sales manager, she maintained multi-million dollar sales budgets and significantly expanded client bases for both airlines. Cheryl also coordinated nationwide press trips for US and foreign journalists and managed important sponsorships for the airlines and their partners while handling public relations for Lufthansa. Despite working full time, Cheryl obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and has since acquired over 350 hours of continuing education through seminars and professional coaching programs. Cheryl is involved in several not-for-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, the Girl Scouts, and Breast Cancer Awareness charities, with which she has a close family connection and history. She has been a top-three producing agent in Garden City for 17 years and has received multiple awards and recognitions throughout her real estate career, including the Gold Circle of Excellence and the designations of Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker. Cheryl values strong business relationships and enjoys working with her clients to set them apart from the competition in real estate transactions. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and understands that homeownership is about more than just the home but the lifestyle it provides. To balance her working life, Cheryl enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting parties, watching movies, taking long hikes, playing tennis, and relaxing at the beach.
