We had the good fortune to work with Bonnie Glenn when we sold our house in St. James a couple of years ago. She is a local resident and knows the area inside and out. Bonnie gets it done! From recommendations on staging your house along with recommendations to the best contractors should you need anything done, getting awesome photos professionally taken, hosting open houses with a special touch like a bouquet of flowers....... What we liked the most was that Bonnie gave us a realistic overview of the market and expected selling price. We always felt comfortable working with Bonnie, and she was therefore us all the way to closing.

I was a first-time homebuyer, so I was very nervous with this process. Bonnie was exceptional in her service. I can say that we had the BEST Realtor out there!! She was VERY knowledgeable, experienced and hands on. Every step of the way Bonnie was there to guide us. She was always available to answers questions and give good advice.
