Amanda listed and sold my house and helped me find a co-op to purchase. I therefore have worked with her as both a buyer and a seller. I could not have found a better agent! Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and her expertise was invaluable. I received many offers on my house in just the first week it was listed and sold for over asking price. Amanda was extremely helpful in our sale and purchase of a new home, plus found us a temporary rental for the time in between! On our sale, she gave us good advice for preparing our house and managed to get us in contract within two weeks of being on the market. Wow.

On the buy side, she was extremely patient with us in our search for the perfect home-even researching areas outside of our town and showing us options in nearby towns. In the end, she helped us “win” our dream home, which she convinced us to see despite our own hesitations because she knew our tastes and desires well enough to know it was perfect even when we didn’t.
